A 35-year-old man suspected of burglary in Sydney was knocked down by the owner and killed in a dispute.

Sydney resident Schwarz (Johan Schwartz) was woken up by the barking of his pet dog at 07:30 Sunday morning, the Daily Telegraph reported, and found a strange man in the living room.

Chief Inspector Woolbank (Shane Woolbank) said the owner confronted the intruders before fighting. As a result, male intruders fell to the ground and lost consciousness. The owner`s wife shouted for neighbor assistance and the neighbor came to perform CPR. Emergency service personnel were also called to the scene, but unfortunately the male intruder has died.

The process of fighting between the owner and the intruder will be the main content of the police investigation. In addition, the police will also investigate whether the intruder attempted burglary.

Woolbank also said Schwaz had been taken to the Nareland police station (Narellan Police Station), to assist in the police investigation, he was also not a small shock.

Woolbank said people had the right to use reasonable force to protect themselves and it was too early to decide whether to mention the accusation.
