Adelaide`s Restaurant Orana restaurant won the highest praise from the 2019 Good Food Guide) judges, according to Aussa. The food guide rated restaurants, chefs and sommeliers across Australia, with the best restaurants in Adelaide and the top chef in Sydney.
Victoria took half of a total of 12 medals last night at (Crown Casino), Melbourne`s Crown Casino, at the 2011 Annual Gourmet Guide recognition ceremony.
South Australia`s Restaurant Orana restaurant, owned by the successful drug-abstinence star chef Zoufliro (Jock Zonfrillo), is one of Australia`s best restaurants. The judges said the restaurant "met all the conditions", fully seizing the Australian stomach and becoming a world-class restaurant.

The Chef of the year award was awarded to Gilmer (Peter Gilmore), from Sydney, who has become one of Australia`s most award-winning star chefs. Gilmer has been named "three Hat" Chef for 16 consecutive years since 2001, when Quay was named the best restaurant in Australia for six times since cooking at the Sydney Wharf (Circular Quay) Quay.
25-year-old Odysz (Jodie Odrowaz) has won the National Young Chef Award for Best Young Chef, serving in the star chef Bennett (Shannon Bennett) `s Victoria Seafood Restaurant, Iki-Jime.. Odewaz won the judges` praise for his "fresh, hot and interesting" cooking style.
Also from Victoria, Howie (Travis Howe) and DePieri (Stefano de Pieri) received different awards.
More than 500 restaurants across Australia took part in the review, with 264 restaurants with more than one hat, and only seven restaurants with the highest honorary title of "three hats", Attica (), Brae (, Victoria,), Momofuku Seiobo (, New State). Minamishima (), Restaurant Orana (South Australia,), Quay (, Victoria) and Sixpenny (New York).
