Perth, a 37-year-old man was so ironic that he did it!
On December 19, a masked man in Perth`s Forrestfield district broke into a neighbor`s home, pointed a toy gun at her 67-year-old grandmother and attempted to kidnap the 8-year-old girl.
And the reason for all this is simply because of the suspicion of the neighbor`s family:
The family is so noisy that they hope to teach them a lesson.
The man, accused of assault and armed crimes such as panic, appeared on trial in Perth District Court.
Prosecutors said his motive was that his neighbor`s family was too active and was always in frequent contact with other residents. He was just trying to scare them and keep them quiet.
Judge called the act "very inappropriate," bold, "and rejected the man`s bail. He will appear remotely via video on January 24 next year.
