Smoking in women's underground car park on gold coast, beaten by tenants in the same building

According to the Daily Mail, a woman in, Gold Coast was beaten by a male tenant in the same building while smoking in the underground parking lot of her apartment building, resulting in skull and rib fractures and eye injuries.

36-year-old Martin (Emma Martin) was beaten to fracture of skull and rib, and his eyes were injured.


Martin (Emma Martin), 36, is reported to live in an apartment building on Gold Coast. Martin was beaten by a man in the underground parking lot of the apartment building, triggered by Martin`s smoking.

According to a video taken by a friend of Martin, Martin was smoking. One man stopped. Martin, on the other hand, replied, "how can you (What is your deal)" and made a rude remark. As a result, the man rushed at Martin and beat him.

It is reported that the whole incident lasted 20 minutes, during which Martin fell to the ground struggling to stand up. In the video, the man said, "my child is sick and she has asthma."

The incident caused fractures in Martin`s skull and ribs, eye injuries and a rupture of the eardrum. Martin said she was scared, and she almost died there.

Borer (Rewi Borell), the battered man accused of assault causing bodily harm to others, is due to appear in the South Port District Court (Southport Magistrate's Court) next week.
