The new state will ban all types of "zombie knives" from the end of this month, and holders must hand over the deadly weapon to the police by the deadline.

Grant (Troy Grant), the new state police chief, said there had been a number of serious criminal cases involving "zombie knives" in other jurisdictions, which were sold online in the new state.
Grant said in a statement yesterday: "if these knives are used in criminal activities, they can cause serious harm to people. Moreover, as a props or toys, users are at great risk of accidents. Since February 28 this year, it is illegal for residents of the new state to own or buy and sell zombie knives without permission. "
Residents of the new state who carry prohibited weapons without permission can be sentenced to up to 14 years in prison.
New state banned weapons also include spring knives, ballistics knives and star knives, knuckles copper jackets and taser guns.
