Melbourne beggar Chloe (Darren Patrick Clover) has been sentenced to 30 years in prison after setting fire to his ex-girlfriend, his ex-girlfriend`s daughter and his new boyfriend in a factory over a love triangle, news website No. 9 reported.

In 2017, Kloofer, jealous of her former friend Tania Bermester (Tanya Burmeister) and her relationship with Griffith (David Griffiths), deliberately set fire to the old (Footscray) factory at Fuzkley.

Tania Bermester, who has been in the old rope factory, lost her 15-year-old daughter, Zoe Bermester (Zoe Burmeister), and Griffith in the fire.

Today, judge Dixon (Jane Dixon) sentenced Clover to 30 years in prison, saying his crime was driven by resentment against Bermester leave, who lived with Griffith.

"every victim is socially vulnerable and dies in a terrible environment," judge said. The use of fire as a weapon is a particularly abominable form of crime. "

Witnesses made three zero-alarm calls and tried to extinguish the fire with several barrels of water. They said they heard a cry for help from inside, but the factory was quiet after an internal explosion.

Clover denied responsibility until August, when he pleaded guilty to three counts of murder.

Dixon judge said Krover`s crime had devastating consequences for those close to the victims.
