The Australian man was hit by a kangaroo on his bike, and his life was at stake

A 52-year-old Australian cyclist was hit by a kangaroo this morning, seriously injured and dying.

At about 08:45 today, a 52-year-old man in (Adelaide Hills), South Australia, was accidentally hit by a kangaroo while riding his bike along Norton Peak Road (Norton Summit Rd), the Advertising reported. The man was seriously injured and was rushed to Royal Adelaide Hospital for (Adelaide Hospital) treatment.

The man, from Sidon (Seaton), is said to be in critical condition.

After the accident, the section of Norton Peak Road, (Colonial Drive) to Glenstock Road (Glen Stuart Rd), was briefly closed and has returned to traffic.

Major accident investigation team police are still on the scene.
