An unemployed woman in (Bundaberg), Queensland, sprained her ankle in the local (KFC) restaurant parking lot in Bandelberg, Queensland, and prosecute claimed A $3.8 million.

Hawk (Toni Marie Hawke), a resident of Fort Bandberg, Queensland, is 53 years old, according to the Messenger Post. Claimed to have sprained his right ankle at 06:50 on Bobang Street in the (Bourbong Street) KFC Restaurant parking lot "due to uneven cement ground".

Hawk`s lawer has filed with Queensland Supreme Court (Supreme Court) for a mandatory meeting with KFC`s Australian restaurant operator Collins Foods (Collins Foods) and its insurer Dason (Marsh) `s lawer.

Hawk said she had to travel in wheelchairs since she underwent ankle surgery on June 30, 2014, and that she was unemployed and was not sure when she would find a job.

It is understood that Hawk is seeking a total of more than 3.8 million Australian dollars in compensation.

On Nov. 26, the Queensland Supreme Court ruled that the case would hold a mandatory meeting on February 28.
