 13 Jul 2018

The body is estimated to have been dead for more than a decade, according to 9news, according to an investigation by the homicide team.

The 15-year-old storage company at the scene of the incident, which has recently been sold, now needs to be emptied of all warehouses.

It is understood that when the factory workers entered the incident warehouse, found a belt-bound roller garbage can, removed the tape, the workers found that the inside was filled with straw.

One of the workers, John, said: "when we opened the trash can, a colleague found an empty boot in it."
