An Australian tourist who kicked a motorcyclist for no reason in Bali, Indonesia, has been killed by police in arrest.
According to Radio 7, a video released by the social networking site Instagram account @ denpasar_info shows an Australian man running retrograde in the (Sunset Road) traffic on (Kuta) Sunset Boulevard in Kuta.
"A foreigner was successfully subdued after bumping into a car on Sunset Boulevard," the caption said.
When a motorcycle approached, the man suddenly jumped up and kicked the motorcyclist, causing the latter to fall to the ground. Then the man ran to an oncoming car and jumped on the hood.
The tourist has been identified as Carl (Nicholas Carr), 26, a construction apprentice in South Australia.
Local police say Carl suffered only minor injuries and is currently being treated in hospital.
According to Radio 7, Carl committed a series of violence acts, including smashing the windows of a small supermarket and a restaurant and attacking a sleeping man.
He was on his way to work and was confused about Karl`s attack, hoping that Karl could compensate for the cost of repair.
