Adelaide pink lake: Bumbunga Lake, is full of teenage girls

 27 Sep 2017

Many people say that powder lake in south Australia is next to Princes Highway southeast of Adelaide, near the powder lake in Lake Albert, but I don't know that there's a very big powder lake in: Lake Bumbunga, more than 130km north of Adelaide Chinese name: the surging Lake or the Lake Gaga.

Bumbunga comes from the native language Parnpangka, meaning 'rain water lake'. The aborigines are so romantic!

It is said that the pink appearance of the powdered lake may be caused by the bacteria in the salt crust, which has basically dried up and stepped on the thick pink salt shell, making a "crunching, crunching" sound. Even where there is water, it is only a dozen centimeters thin.
