The ticket is close to $40,000! Not to bring fruit from the rest of Australia into South Australia!

Many historical lessons have taught us that fresh fruit cannot be brought into Australia.

And you know what? Bringing fruit from other parts of Australia into South Australia may also be fined!

No matter whether you are in Australia on a short flight into South Australia, or you drive back to South Australia, no matter how you enter South Australia, you can not bring fresh fruit!

Or the police uncle waved a big hand, hundreds of dollars will be gone!

Since late last year, when Lockston (Loxton), a small town in South Australia, discovered an outbreak of Queensland fruit flies, government is determined to implement a "zero tolerance" policy to protect the $1.2 billion local horticultural industry in South Australia!

Check out an average of seven cars, and there is a vehicle carrying fresh fruit illegally! (all those who do not have a government license to carry fruit are illegal!)

A total of $38,600 in tickets! Seized 124 kg of fruit!

South Australia biosafety officials said the raid was a reminder that if the next long weekend, had plans to travel across the state border, remember to abide by the state rules!
