The super-small inner-city apartment is packed with dozens of students and immigrants who sleep in the same bedroom as Sydney, and government now promises to solve the problem.

Some examples include a bedroom downtown, where advertisers write that they can accommodate up to eight people, although government thinks the real situation could be worse.
