One chinese student at the royal melbourne polytechnic university (RMIT) was rape and beaten by a chinese sex worker who, dissatisfied with a chinese sex worker's transmission of the venereal disease to his friend, broke into her apartment with nine armed and masked men. Nearly two years after the crime, he was only 20 years old in prison.
One friend of Guo Jiaming Jiaming Guo, had contracted sexually transmitted diseases (STD) after receiving sexual service from a Chinese woman and had to return to China for treatment. Guo and several other friends retaliated at her apartment on Elizabeth Street (Elizabeth St) on November 3,2018.
Victoria Intermediate Court (County Court) heard that the 18-year-old Guo made an appointment with the victim before the incident. After he entered the apartment, he let his friends into the house.
During an hour-long attack, the 10 armed masked men were allegedly wearing gloves in order not to leave fingerprints. They threat to rape the victim and try to get her to transfer $10,000 from their bank account.
judge McKinney (Judge McInerney) believes that the group's retaliation for their friends infected with venereal disease is carefully planned.
"As the transcript of the inquiry shows, in view of their friend's return to China as a result of the disease in the relevant places, they intend to seek some form of revenge or compensation. Access to (the woman's apartment) is obtained through carefully planned tricks. "
However, the injured Chinese female citizen did not suffer physical injury during the forced entry of the group. She soon returned to China.
When the crime occurred, Guo Jiaming lived in a flat in Dreburg Street (Dryburgh St), Carlton (Carlton) area, which his parents bought for him. Holding a student visa, he has completed a business management course at the Royal Melbourne Polytechnic University.
Guo Jiaming was arrested a month after the attack, and then co-investigated his accomplices. But none of his associates are currently accusation.
Guo Jiaming ,20, has pleaded guilty to a serious home offence (aggravated burglary). The maximum sentence for this offence is 25 years.
Eventually, guo was sentenced to 12 months in the malmsbury juvenile justice center (Malmsbury Youth Justice Centre) without any other his release.
In addition, after his release from prison, he can choose to stay in Melbourne to continue his studies.
