A female student of Chinese descent from Melbourne was fined over $10,000 for breaking orders

Police in Melbourne last night said seven women had dinner in Nanan District (Southbank) in violation of the ban. Police arrived at the scene, each issued a $$1652 ticket, a total fine of $$11564.
