According to the Daily Mail, a woman in, Gold Coast woke up shocked to find a snake lying on her chest.
A woman from Gold Coast reportedly shared a video online showing a 1.5-meter-long brown snake trapped in a laundry basket and crawling around.
The woman said she woke up shocked to find the snake crawling to her chest, very close to her face.
Her family came to rescue her, trying to guide the snake into a laundry basket. After that, the brown snake was released into the wild, during which no one was bitten.
The woman is fortunate that although brown snakes have some toxicity, they are far less dangerous than brown snakes.
