You can manually override the current Telstra by selecting an open DNS server if you are familiar with the network configuration DNS. This can be done on a modem or on a single device.
You can set the main DNS of the device to 1.1.1.1, the auxiliary DNS to 1.0.0.1, or use Google company's 8.8.8.8 domain name server to bypass the Telstra server.
