Sold three times in more than a year, the Mozambican tennis court is reduced by about a million

A tennis court in (Kew), Melbourne, has been sold for the third time in just over a year, with a price cut of about A $1 million, Domain reported.

It is reported that the tennis court is located in (Sackville Street) 77 Sackville Street, land area 940 square meters, with a development license, can be converted into a 6-bedroom 6-bath house.

The tennis court was on sale for the first time early last year, when it was expected to sell for between A $5 million and A $5.5 million. After the first sale failed, it was relisted through another brokerage. This is the third sale, with instructions ranging from A $3.8 million to A $4.18 million, about A $1 million less than the original asking price.

The seller owns a house next to the tennis court. The seller hopes the tennis court will be sold successfully as Melbourne`s housing market improves and prices pick up again.

Campbell Ward, a partner at Jellis Craig, a property company, said that many buyers were interested in the land sold this week. Some interested buyers expected to build a house here.

He points out that there are few vacant plots on the popular street of Kiyo.

It is reported that the tennis court is close to some famous Melbourne private schools, including Xeville College (Xavier College) and Melbourne Guardian Girls` School (MLC) and so on.

Some of Melbourne`s highest-priced real estate is also on the street, including a six-bedroom home that just changed hands in June for A $10888000.
