A man on the central coast of Queensland was stabbed by stingray before being taken to hospital by a rescue helicopter.
On Sunday, a man with a young son was accidentally exposed to stingray while walking in the shallow waters of (Great Keppel Island), Grand Kepel Island, according to Radio 7.
The injured man was treated by paramedics at the scene and was taken by a rescue helicopter to (Rockhampton Hospital) hospital in Rockhampton for further treatment.
Years ago, Mr. Crocodile Owen (Steve Irwin) died after being stabbed in the chest by a stingray while filming an underwater documentary in Australian waters.
