A backyard mansion buried in Australia has been listed for sale and no auction reserve price has yet been set.

In September, Yusuf (Fahima Yusuf), a 32-year-old woman from (Carlisle), south of Perth, Western Australia, was reported missing and the body was exhumed 24 hours later in the backyard of her home, the Daily Mail reported. Yusuf`s husband, Sida (Ahmed Dawood Seedat), was subsequently charged by murder.

Mr. Yusuf`s four-family home is to be put up for public auction on Saturday, and the mortgagee has yet to give a reserve price for the auction.

Real estate agent Reina (Jared Rayner), who is in charge of the sale of the mansion, said that under law rules, important facts about the house must be disclosed to potential buyers.

When each buyer came to the door, Renner told them bluntly that there had been a murder. Some buyers are "scared away", while others "have no problem with this."

The house`s most recent deal was in 2014, when it traded for A $ eight hundred and sixty five thousand.
