According to Domain, Sydney had 814 homes at auction this week, with a clearance rate of 45% and 918 units at auction, or 43%, while Cann Canberra had 86 units at auction, with a clearance rate of 46% and Brisbane 115 units and a clearance rate of 40%. Adelaide81 sets, clearance rate of 62%.


Last week`s auction

Last week, 875 units were sold in Sydney, accounting for 42.8 percent, according to CoreLogic, 1401 in Melbourne, 41.3 percent in Melbourne, and 48.5 percent in Canberra. Brisbane had 182 units, with a vacancy rate of 34.9 percent, while Adelaide had 114 sets, with a clearance rate of 59.0 percent.
