A Sydney specialist has been accused of trying to sexual intercourse, a 32-year-old woman and his 11-year-old daughter at a hotel in western Sydney by police arrest and prosecute.
According to the Daily Telegraph, the 49-year-old (Coffs Harbour) man in Port Cofus began chatting online last month with officers of the Child abuse and Child Exploitation investigation Unit's online child exploitation crime investigation team under the sexual crime investigation team. I thought I was talking to a 32-year-old woman.
The man has been charged with involvement in explicit conversations involving sexual relations with an 11-year-old minor and has extended an invitation to the "mother" to three people, sexual intercourse, along with the "11-year-old girl". The man also sent police information about child abuse and planned to meet the mother and daughter at a hotel in Balama.
Members of the Trawler team (Strike Force Trawler), which specializes in network and telecommunications child abuse and sexual crime, arrested the man outside the hotel and searched a guest room with a search warrant.
Police seized a laptop, mobile phones and electronic storage equipment, as well as toys and gifts for children. The seized items will be identified and checked by the legal medical expert team at a later date.
The 49-year-old specialist has been taken to Baramata police station and charged with inciting others as an accomplice, attempting to sexual intercourse, a 10-year-old 14-year-old, and using communications services to spread child porn material.
Court has rejected this person's bail application. At the same time, the police have been given a search warrant for his residence in the port of Cofus.
