Tola (Quim Torra), chairman of the government of the Autonomous Region of Catalonia, told journalist ,「 that we had decided to block the Segria (del Segria) district because the data confirmed a surge in new cases in the area "; that no one was allowed to enter or leave the area.

The Katelonia Health minister, Vurgis (Alba Verges), said parties of more than 10 people were prohibited and visits to live a retired life homes were prohibited.
