Today, Australian Cardinal Pell (George Pell) `s appeal against the conviction of his sexual invasion child was dismissed. The world`s highest-ranking Catholic clergy convicted of sexual invasion children will remain in prison.

In December, Pell was found guilty by a jury of inserting a child under the age of 16 at St. Patrick`s Cathedral in Melbourne in 1996, where St Patrick's Cathedral) rape, a 13-year-old choir boy and sexual invasion, committed another boy, and four counts of obscene under the age of 16, according to the Australian news agency.

Victoria`s Court of Appeal (Court of Appeal) dismissed Pell`s appeal by a 2: 1 decision this morning. Pell, in the dock, looked unobtrusive.

In March, Pell was sentenced to six years in prison and three years and eight months before he was eligible for parole. He has not appealed the verdict since then, so he still upholds it.

Chief judge Sir Alex (Anne Ferguson) read out a summary of 325 pages of the referee`s book. The abstract showed that she and President Maxwell (Chris Maxwell) agreed that Pell`s appeal on the grounds that the conviction was "unsafe or unsatisfactory" should be dismissed.

Although one of Pell`s victims died in 2014, another 30-year-old victim gave testimony at the trial. Sir Alex said she and Maxwell believed that all his descriptions of Pell`s crimes had not prompted the jury to question Pell`s conviction.

"through the evidence he provided, he gave the impression that he was a true man. He did not try to add to the evidence, or deliberately fabricate the evidence in a way that would benefit the prosecution."

However, judge Weinberg (Mark Weinberg) disagreed with Sir Alex and Maxwell that all Pell charges should be dropped.

Weinberg said it could not be ruled out that some of the testimony the victim said was fabricated. He said the man`s evidence of the second incident, on which Pell was suspected of committing sexual invasion, was simply untrustworthy and completely unconvincing.

"in his (Weinberg) view, the Cardinal most likely did not commit these crimes," Fogson said.

It is reported that the relevant judge has seen 24 witnesses of 12 of the testimony video, a total of more than 30 hours. They also read 2000 pages of records and visited St. Patrick`s Cathedral.

The judge also looked at the robes Pell was wearing when he was accused of committing the crime. Most people believe that the robe might have been taken off or set aside to expose Pell`s genitals. It is the core of accusation.

Earlier, Pell`s defense asked for animations to outline their accounts of the 1996 St. Patrick Cathedral incident, and the Intermediate Court (County Court) chief judge (Chief Judge) Sid (Peter Kidd) was not allowed.

Today, most judge, who heard Pell`s appeal, found that Kid`s decision was correct. Sir Alex said there was no evidence that Pell`s animation had happened, and that "it was clearly intended to convince the jury that the plaintiff`s statement was impossible."

The Medal of Australia is not guaranteed

Catholic Cardinal Pell will be awarded the deprive Australian Medal (Order of Australia), after failing to appeal the conviction, but it will take time.

Prime Minister Morrison (Scott Morrison) said he sympathized with child sexual invasion victims, not just today, "every day."

"it is my understanding that this [refers to the failure of the Pell appeal] will prompt his honor to be decided by the deprive, which is decided by an institution outside the government," Morrison said today. "it is an independent process that is currently moving in this direction."

Governor Hurley (David Hurley) will make a final decision upon completion of the law proceedings-including possible objections to the Supreme Court (High Court).

"The award of the Order of Australia may be terminated on the grounds of conviction under federal, state or territorial law," Hurley said in a statement. "Once all legal proceedings have been completed, the Order of Australia may advise me and I shall act accordingly."
