When government asked people to stay in their homes as much as possible, especially during the easter holidays, not to stay in short-term rental services, or to go to their vacation homes in non-resident places, new state art director havin (Don Harwin) was found in his own vacation home earlier this week and fined a $1000.

Mr. Haven`s vacation home on Pearl Beach (Pearl Beach), on the central Coast, is reported to be worth millions of Australian dollars and is more than an hour`s drive from his permanent residence in Sydney`s Eastern District.

Haven ,55, was fined for violating the new crown virus public health order. Police will investigate the matter and point out photo evidence that there was another person in the vacation home, said Mick Fuller.

A new state police statement said they had a conversation with mr. harvin thursday after receiving report that he had left home for a vacation home in pearl beach.

Fuller stressed that no one was above the law controlling the spread of the new crown virus.

The new state labour party has called for havin to resign, and if he refuses to do so, the governor should step in and dismiss him.

Amid calls for mr havin`s resignation, the new governor, Gladys Berejiklian, has no intention of firing him, saying he will await preliminary police findings to clarify the facts.

Berry giklin admitted the incident was "very bad-looking" and on thursday had asked him to return to sydney`s residence.

Berry giklin also insisted that havin did not violate law, because havin had gone from his east side residence to pearl beach resort on march 13, but the new state law to control the new crown virus came into effect on march 17.

Haven also issued a statement later this week saying "don`t want to blur focus" and confirming that he has returned to Sydney.

Haven apologized to the governor of the new state and the state, but insisted he had sought official advice on how to comply with public health orders.
