Back in 2017, four Chinese students were sentenced to millions of fines and repatriated for taking the exam.
Wang Yue, a 25-year-old (Hult International Business School) student at Horte International Business School, took the TOEFL exam for Zhang Shikun, 24, Huang Le Yi, 21, and Cheng Xiaomeng, 21, and Xiaomeng Cheng), 21.
The three men successfully passed TOEFL and applied for student visas to enter Northeast University, Penn State University and Arizona State University.
