Tonka is located in a sprawling alley with a number of locations for domestic private dishes, but Adam D'Sylva, the chef and owner, and his team are not at all worried that restaurants will not be liked by gluttoners because they are hard to find. As soon as I get to dinner every day, I even need to reserve a table in advance to enjoy the rhythm of food, it is not difficult to see that "the wine is not afraid of the alley deep" is quite persuasive here. The restaurant's most iconic poster is a cloud of red haze under the blue sky. It is said to have some connection to the Indian festival, and it is easy to think of Italian-style enthusiasm and intoxication. With the exception of this mysterious red smoke, the ceiling of the restaurant was wrapped in some kind of gauze in the form of many clouds. The idea is also evident in some popular dishes, such as baked salted salmon and new curry mutton.
