Real or fraud? How exactly does the Immigration Service judge the authenticity of the work experience? Don't be careless in key details such as salary / time / material!

Very rich experience in dealing with immigrants studying abroad, good at dealing with all kinds of "difficult and complicated diseases". He has written a number of NewStars articles on practical information of studying abroad and emigrants, his opinions are unique, his explanation is deep and shallow, and his writing style is plain and plain.

The immigration industry has been working for many years, and a clear trend is that immigration is reviewing work experience materials more and more rigorously. From time to time, after receiving visas from students themselves (or through low-level intermediaries), they were found by the Immigration Board to be incomplete in their work experience materials, or even falsified and asked by the visa officer to explain to S57 Natural Justice. Otherwise, there will be 3 years of bar due to the refusal of PIC 4020 and so on.

They were naive to think that as long as a random company, and then let the boss hit some salary, normal tax returns for a year, you can definitely claim work experience plus points. This idea is very dangerous. Indeed, encounter less strict visa officer, most likely let go directly. However, with a slightly stricter visa officer and a little effort to dig, it is easy to discover the problem of work experience, which leads to irreparable consequences.

The following is a detailed analysis of what kind of work experience is likely to arouse suspicion from the Immigration Service and a brief description of what the telephone investigation will ask.

Work experience 1: salary is too low

Suspicious index:

The Immigration Service does not specify a minimum salary for work experience plus points; generally speaking, salary exceeds National Minimum Wage (in theory at $18.93 / hour this fiscal year), and the Immigration Service does not refuse to sign because you have too low salary. But in practice, if your salary is too low, it's easy for immigration to suspect.

Because the immigration board will think that you are a professional (software engineer or accountant), salary is actually lower than the Coles cashier (about $22.91 an hour), although not rare, but not reasonable. Generally speaking, when we are looking for a job, we need to refer to the corresponding industry salary. If the boss gives salary is too low, just change one.

Working experience 2: unreasonable working hours

Suspicious index:

As we all know, 20 hours a week can meet immigration requirements for working hours. In fact, if Xiaoming worked for a year during the 485 visa period, and worked not much more than 20 hours a week, he worked 52 weeks and then quit immediately, such hours of work. It is very strange to hold a full time working visa (which is reasonable for a student to sign). Even doing an part time, three days a week (24 hours) is more than 20 hours a week (how do you do it, 8 hours a day, 4 hours a day?) It is much more reasonable.

Immigration will certainly not refuse to sign because you work like this, but it will obviously question the authenticity of your job. If there is a telephone investigation, the Immigration Board may ask, what day do you go to work, how many hours do you work every day? After you have made your call, make a comparison with the number of your referrals. If this is true or false, it will be known as soon as it is checked.

Work experience 3: work experience material (payslips) is too rough

Suspicious index:

General formal companies, are through the system out of the payslips; rather than very formal small companies, payslips even need applicants to find their own online template to do payslips. After doing many of these case, checks, we found that the template trace was too serious, even the data did not match the bank running water, this is very serious.

In all work experience materials, also on reference letter and payslips, employers are required to provide other materials such as tax returns, super statement and bank pipelining can be downloaded directly. Therefore, a beautiful payslips appears to be very important and must be consistent with bank running water.

Work experience 4: the nominated occupation of the applicant is too different from the nature of the company itself

Suspicious index: this is a very easy to ignore point. Generally speaking, accounting, accounting firm to do accounting is more reasonable, do software, to work in IT company is reasonable. Of course, accounting in any size of the company (non-firm) can also be. But not all companies need software engineers or network engineers. For example, we have more than 20 employees and dozens of computers in our New Star Melbourne branch. Do we need a software engineer or a network engineer? There is no need at all. It is very strange that the software is not in the IT work company.

During the telephone survey, a few simple questions may directly crash your boss: boss Wang, was Xiao Ming a software engineer during his previous work in your company? Was there any other software engineer in the company before Xiaoming took the job? After Xiao Ming left office, do you have any other software engineers in your company now? Clearly, if Xiaoming does not have a software engineer before or after his departure, the software engineer position is deliberately falsified to meet the bonus requirements. As long as you meet a dedicated visa officer, check your company with Google and find out that it is not IT, and if you are willing to send a telegram, you will basically catch one at a time.

Work experience 5: salary suspicious index remains normal during departure:

There was a classmate who had been returning to China for two months, and the company had been issuing salary normally. Later, it was directly exhumed by visa official S57 Natural Justice and asked for explanation, and then we found us asking for help, and we were unable to help.

You should know that if we leave Australia, the Customs and Excise Department has a record. If you don't have salary in Australia, it's so obvious that you can't laugh at it.

Work experience 6: the address of the company belongs to a personal residence

Suspicious index:

Some students naively think that by registering a ABN, at home and sending themselves an salary for a year, you can get a claim score, which is a self-destruct prospect. One of the work experience materials is to provide reference letter, with a company address on it. As soon as you look up the Google map, you can find out where the company is.

There was a student who promised me that his work experience was true, and as soon as I looked up the address of the company, I tore through his lie. Such a poor level, still have luck, such an idea is really dangerous ah.

The above is a common situation that may cause the immigration authorities to suspect, for your reference. All applicants are advised to work hard to find real jobs and not to get away with getting away with wrong way, so as to avoid incalculable consequences.
