A car wrecked in Sydney`s CBD in the early hours of Wednesday morning charged drivers with manslaughter and desecration of bodies after a garbage truck ploughed into Chinese youths and dragged them to the side of the road before fleeing.

George Yuhan Lin, a 21-year-old Chinese youth, is believed to be living in North Shore, Sydney. The site of the morgue is Central Street, an alleyway between George Street and Pitt Street, and police believe he was hit by a truck at 1am on Wednesday.

It is reported that passers-by found Lin Yuhan in fitness clothes, he was covered in blood, scarred, especially serious head injuries. Terrified passers - by tried to save his life, but ambulance crews arrived to announce Mr Lin`s death.

Witnesses told the Daily Telegraph that a garbage truck had hit Lin and dragged him some distance.

Police read surveillance footage of a man moving mr. lin to the side of the road and driving away after a garbage truck that was reversing hit him.

At around 4.30am on Wednesday, police charged Tuiniua Fine,52, at Darlinghurst Rd in Kings Cross, where he was charged with manslaughter and desecration of bodies after being taken to the police station to assist with the police investigation, via video equipment at the Central Magistrates Court reference hall on Thursday morning.

Detective Superintendent Gavin Wood, of Sydney`s downtown, said Mr Lam was walking on central street wearing not only headphones but also buried his head in text messages, while Mr Fein reversed at high speed and knocked over Mr Lam.

Police say Mr Fei made a dangerous move in areas where pedestrians and vehicles were known to have passed. And after knocking down lin yuhan, he not only did not help lin yuhan or contact the emergency department, but instead moved him to the roadside and leave scene. And all this was clearly captured on surveillance cameras.

The victim`s cell phone was taken from the scene

Wood also said the police did not find mr. lin`s cell phone at the car accdent scene and called for it to be handed over to police if anyone took it.

"We`re pretty sure his phone was once on central street, so I`m pretty sure someone took it," Wood said. "

"If you took it, please give it to us, as this is an important part of the investigation. "

"We would also like to ask the people around us if they had seen the young man before he was tragically hit by a car, and please give us some information about his activities. "

Fein, who lives in Lakemba, sat quietly while he was in Teetang. He did not apply for bail and remained in custody.

Fienne`s family and supporters also appeared in court, and the case will wait until April.

In total, mr. fain faces six charges, along with manslaughter, the failure of carcident to stop, dangerous driving, negligent driving, improper desecration of corpses or human remains, and the lack of safe reversing.

Mr Fein is a contract worker at Sydney Waste Services. Speaking after the incident, speaker of sydney`s garbage disposal service said the group was cooperating with police investigations.

Mr speaker said:" we learned from the police that there was an incident involving our vehicles and drivers in the early hours of today (wednesday). We are deeply saddened by what has happened. "

"We pay tribute to the families and friends of the victims and are working with the authorities. "

In a cafe near the scene of the accident, DropKuture, customer Tyler Soste called the incident unbelievable.
